Entrance Examination

Flow

  1. Decide on the field of study you desire at Chiba University.
  2. Decide on academic staff of your major.
  3. Request the professor for your acceptance via E-mail.
  4. Gain an agreement of acceptance from the academic staff. (It does not need to be formal)

1 to 4 above must be completed 4 months prior to the academic examination.

  1. Obtain application from the Graduate School of your choice
  2. Pay screening fee
  3. Submit application documents
  4. Take the entrance examination
  5. Receive enrollment permit
  6. Come to Japan
    Followings must be completed before coming to Japan.
    1. Obtain student visa
    2. Ensure a place to live
  7. Admission to Chiba University
