 Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Chiba University have jointly established Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Chiba University International Cooperative Research Center (SJTU-CU ICRC) on July 8, 2011. The SJTU-CU ICRC is a joint research center, which is co-invested and co-operated by Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Chiba University. It aims at promoting the most advanced research and academic-industrial collaboration and conducts double degree program to nurture the world-leading researchers in next generation. The center is currently consisted of three divisions of system biomechanics, bio-robotics and biomechanical engineering, and it will be further expanded to other research fields in the future.
