Emergency Support and Loans

In order to financially support students in case of accidents, Chiba University has established International Student Support Association (ISSA) based on assistance and cooperation from teachers and staff of Chiba University.

The emergency support and loan scheme will start in January 2006. It applies to Chiba University international students and to all Chiba University students who go abroad for study or training.

Eligibility and application procedure are outlined on the attached documents.
