We are recruiting a young researcher who has all the qualities necessary to become a future leader in bioscience areas. Both research and comprehensive leadership abilities (planning skills, organizational skills, motivation, analytical skills, etc.) will be evaluated during selection.
Appointees will be provided with laboratory space, startup budget, and research funding as well as funding to hire support staff (a postdoctoral fellow). They are, in principle, exempt from various committee and administrative work, but are encouraged to take part in educational activities at the graduate level.
Promotion to regular faculty positions will be decided through reviews conducted annually and at the end of the period of appointment.
