Visit from Universitas Multimedia Nusantara

On September 26, 2025, Andrey Andoko, Rector of Universitas Multimedia Nusantara, and Vice Rector Friska Natalia visited Chiba University. They held discussions with Hiroaki Ozawa, Executive Vice President of Chiba University, Prof. Josaphat Tetuko Sri Sumantyo, Center for Environmental Remote Sensing, and other faculty and staff members.

Universitas Multimedia Nusantara　is located near Jakarta　and is known for its dedication to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Sustainability, and Entrepreneurship. They discussed possibly creating the Research Collaboration and Exchange Program. They also met with Prof. Daisuke Katagiri, Graduate School of Global and Transdisciplinary Studies, and Director of Center for Entrepreneurship, discussing the Short Entrepreneurship Program.

This visit was a meaningful opportunity for both universities to discuss further strengthening cooperation in the future.
