Course Plans and Contents
"Students will read about a wide range of real-world topics, including culture, science, social issues, technology, environment and lifestyles. Students will develop reading strategies, note-taking skills and increase their range of vocabulary. Class materials will be used to enhance language acquisition and increase knowledge of world issues. Students will also be expected to discuss and present information to their classmates.

Outside of the classroom students will be expected to undertake reading tasks, use the on line workbook (from the course text book), and do some preparation for presentation work for short presentations (on their reading) to the class."
