Plant factory in cities

Design of plant factories in restaurant, French Café Agora.

Plant factories have advantage of growing high quality of vegetables efficiently without using pesticide. We designed several types of plant factories, for example, book-end type of plant factories, plant factories for housewives and elderly households with two persons. We evaluated these plant factories in daily life. Housewives, who are good at cooking, applied vegetables for creative dishes. Enough vegetables were harvested to make salads in the elderly household with two persons.
