Okujyo Harappa (Green roof meadow)

Harappa means that vacant lots in cities which could be seen everywhere in old time. It was very appropriate place for playground. In this project, users involved in every process of green roof installment; design, construction and maintenance. Only recycled materials, mainly materials which users were collected, were used. Users feel attachment to green roofs and it is possible to reduce cost for installment and maintenance. They provide habitats for insects which can only live in meadows. This Okujyo Harappa won good design award in 2013.
