'Topography and water' Urban design of strong disaster resistant Tokyo eastern area

This project, against the background of the tsunami disaster after the Great East Japan Earthquake of 2011, has proposed an urban design strong to disaster, assuming a tsunami coming to Tokyo in the eastern area. In an attempt to explore the resilience of Tokyo to survive a huge natural disaster, elegant proposals to create a new landscape that changes Tokyo to the city of water, nurture a process of developing landscape that changes over the time shown the imagination power of students.
